Loyalty card terms and conditions

Fruity Fresh Northwood Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership Eligibility
    • Participation in the loyalty program is open to individuals aged 18 and above and is non-transferable
    • Valid personal information must be provided in order to enrol
    • Only only one loyalty account is available per individual
  2. Earning Points
    • You will earn 1 point for every £1 you spend in Fruity Fresh Northwood (Food Hall or Juice Bar) on qualifying purchases.
    • Points may not be earned on excluded items or during promotional periods.
    • If you have collected points on a product that you return or for which you receive credit, you will need to present your loyalty card at the same time so that your point total can be adjusted accordingly.
  3. Point Redemption
    • Points can be redeemed and will entitle the cardholder to a discount on purchases at the rate of 1p per point. Redemption options and values are subject to change at the discretion of Fruity Fresh (Western) Ltd
    • Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Points expire after 12 months if you do not make any purchase in the 12 months after earning them.
    • Fruity Fresh (Western) Ltd reserves the right to modify expiration policies.
  4. Program Changes
    • Fruity Fresh (Western) Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
    • Changes will be communicated through www.fruityfresh.com.
  5. Privacy Policy
    1. Member information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.fruityfresh.com
  6. Termination of Membership
    • Fruity Fresh (Western) Ltd may terminate a member’s participation for violation of terms or fraudulent activity.
    • If your account is terminated, you will no longer earn points or be able to redeem points and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired points. Deletion of points is final and cannot be reversed.
  7. General Conditions

    • Members are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date.
    • Fruity Fresh (Western) Ltd is not liable for any loss or theft of loyalty cards.
    • You may opt out of the Program at any time. If you opt out of the Program, you will no longer earn points or be able to redeem points and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired points. Deletion of points is final and cannot be reversed. To cancel a Program membership, please contact Customer Service.
  8. Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law.
